Where are my files stored?

Your org-mode files are stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, copies are also stored in your personal iCloud Drive account. We never store your files on our servers.

How do I sync files between devices?

Orgchart uses iCloud Drive for sync. Ensure iCloud Drive is enabled in your device settings and that Orgchart has access. Files will sync automatically across your Apple devices.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open Orgchart, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". This will restore any previously purchased extensions to your current device. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID.

The app is not syncing with iCloud

  1. Check that iCloud Drive is enabled in Settings > [your name] > iCloud > iCloud Drive
  2. Ensure Orgchart is listed under apps using iCloud Drive
  3. Check your device has an active internet connection
  4. Try closing and reopening the app

How do I import existing org files?

Place your .org files in the Orgchart folder within iCloud Drive (accessible via the Files app). Orgchart will detect and display them automatically.
