These Terms of Use govern your use of mobile applications, web services, and other products (collectively, the "Services") offered by N4N Ventures LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This covers Orgchart, Passage, and any future applications or services we release.
By downloading, installing, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms and the Apple Standard EULA where applicable.
You retain full ownership of all files and content you create or manage with our Services. Your data lives locally on your device and optionally in your personal cloud accounts. We do not access, collect, or store your data.
We provide the Services "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will run uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, N4N Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable Service.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of California.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
