N4N Ventures LLC ("we", "us", "our") builds and operates mobile applications and web services (collectively, the "Services"). This policy applies to all products published by N4N Ventures LLC, including Orgchart, Passage, and any future applications or services we release.

We design our Services with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to our servers.

• Your files and data stay on your device and in your personal cloud accounts
• We do not operate backend servers that receive your personal data
• We do not use third-party analytics or tracking services
• We do not gather usage data, crash reports, or diagnostics beyond what Apple provides through App Store Connect

Some of our apps support iCloud sync. When you enable it, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We cannot access your iCloud data.

Apple processes all purchases through the App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information.

Our Services do not integrate with third-party services that collect user data. All processing happens locally on your device.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will post changes on this page with an updated effective date.
